- I made more with less: Sweet potato black bean veggie burgers.
- I spent some quality time with our kiddo, saw whales in the ocean & had a long talk with the hubs.
- Walks at the beach & fresh air feel good always, even with social distance.
- I’m finishing projects that have been in the wings.
- I find that limited options makes vegetarian/flexatarian cooking a whole lot easier when its not a choice.
- I will always have creativity, my voice and the gift of expression.
- There is certainly more time for oneself, meditation and exercise.
- I always wondered about homeschooling, guess we’re going to find out.
- I am really working hard at not being reactionary. I’m doing better than I thought.
- I’m blessed to have my family and to get through another day.
